I completely understand the challenges of buying a product over the web, especially when that product is being sold for its aesthetic qualities.  I’m frustrated as a seller as well.  I would really like people to be able to handle the bowls, pepper mills, and other pieces that I’ve taken so much time and care in crafting.

I’ve devoted a lot of time to the process of getting my product photography to a point where it does a good job of representing my work.  I hope that my individual write-ups add more useful detail for customers to use in their decision-making.  But there will be times when I fail to describe some aspect of a piece adequately and the customer is left disappointed.  The last thing I want is to leave a bad impression.

I therefore have a no-questions-asked return policy.  If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, please don’t worry about whether I’ll take it back.  Worse than taking a piece back would be knowing that it was not being used or on display.
