Big Walnut Tree

I went minimal with the colors on this big piece of walnut. So this tree is mostly “about” the grain, and why not? It is solid walnut, you know. The thin white and ivory lines add a modicum of razzle-dazzle but mostly keep a lid on things. Speaking of lids, the finial is a simple gold affair with a wee sphere of, you guessed it, walnut. Gloss finish, naturally.
