Frosted Tree In Blue & Gold
This 10″ tall tree is turned from red oak wood and colored with bands of blue and gold. An iridescent pearl paint was then worked into the wood, causing the blue and gold to soften some and the grain patterns to “pop.” The effect is quite lovely. Finished in shellac for a glossy sheen.
