Grain In The Globe

This tree is a substantial one, made of hard maple and standing 11″ tall. The body of the tree consists of big bands of color, deep green, red, and ivory, and their combination has an old-timey feel. The gold accents are applied with restraint and add a nice touch. The sphere on the finial, as noted in the title, is left natural. A shiny, super-smooth finish in shellac seals the whole works.
