Green Band Box

The lines on this box are somewhat art nouveau and somewhat Celtic. The whole of the piece is dyed deep green. The middle band, centered on the join between lid and base, stands out, both in profile and color. It’s a light, slightly metallic green bordered by thin white lines. This is a solid box, with half inch thick walls; it tips the scales at half a pound.
