Knitting Needle Box In Box Elder

Box elder is a species of maple (also called Manitoba maple) that has a tendency to form red streaks in the otherwise tame grain. This grain, however, also features some dark spalting lines which are a very nice touch. The colored bands are in shades of red and violet along with some white and darks beneath. Can accommodate up to 11 1/2″ knitting needles.
