Maple Walnut
This tree is made up of an appetizing combination of a maple bottom, smothered in cherry red, and topped with walnut. All quite indigestible, and yet a pleasure to take in. The dramatic maple grain shows through the red and gives the piece some extra drama. Many built-up coats of shellac give it its high gloss.
