Merry And Bright

This is a trio of trees, ranging from about 4.5″ to 8″ tall. Red oak has very large pores that I sometimes fill with a color. With these trees I’ve left them unfilled, and all those dots form a subtle pattern beneath the ivory white paint. A nice grainy effect, I think. All three have a gloss finish, brought to you by shellac.
