Mid-Century Form

The shape of this form reminds me of a really cool ashtray my parents used to have when I was growing up. That ashtray would be highly coveted today as part of the mid-century decorating style that’s popular today. Though I don’t recommend using this beautiful walnut vessel as an ashtray (nor do I recommend smoking in the first place), I do humbly submit that it would look nice on a hip 1950s end table.
