Ornemental Tree #31

This tree is another in my glazed/ornamental series. The base colors are pretty bold patches of turquoise, ultramarine, green and red. The silvery glazing treatment mutes and merges all that into a very pleasing result. Only the red and gold finial is left in it’s original state. A few small surviving wormholes remind you of the tree’s foundational material. Finished with many coats of shellac.
