Red Mulberry Box With Teal Accents

This box sports some nice grain features such as some quilting, an included bit of knot, and lighter sapwood running into the deep yellow of the heartwood. The separation point between lid and base is bracketed by two teal-colored bands. Finished with multiple coats of shellac outside and pure tung oil inside. The bright yellow of the mulberry will eventually settle into a russet brown.
