Royal Tree

This tree struck me as something that would go well in a gold-bedecked palace around Christmas time. My shoulder still hurts from all that self-back-patting, and my brain still hurts from coming up with a word like gold-bedecked. Besides the green, red, and gold on this piece that is obvious from inspection, there is plenty of natural cherry grain on the undersides, if you but have a look. Finish is in a glossy shellac, but not so glossy as to offend the royals.
