Semi-Seussian With Lights

Longtime (and long-suffering) readers of these Holiday Trees pages will be familiar with my affection for the Dr. Seuss renderings of trees. And so this one, all shiny green and with a happy red cap, is, I figure, on the periphery of the Seussian tree look. Speaking of happy tree colors — and switching gears a bit — stringing up all those lights requires the tiniest little artist’s palette of colors you’ve ever seen, which always conjures up in my mind the ever calm and smiling Bob Ross.
