The Grinch

I didn’t start out with that famous cartoon humbug in mind, but when I finished this tree I couldn’t deny the resemblance, at least on an abstract level. Unlike the original Grinch, this tree has some great grain running through it. Also, whereas the Grinch probably had more of a matte finish, this tree is finished in shellac to a nice gloss.
