Triple Trunk Yew Box

An amazing piece of wood yielded this box. It has three distinct piths (centers of branches/trunks) coming up through it. The surrounding grain resemble the surface of a pond where three pebbles were dropped simultaneously. The pleasingly organic shape is sealed inside and out with pure tung oil and the exterior received a sealer coat of shellac.
