Turquoise Banded Bowl In Maple

This maple bowl features a bit of quilted grain and a collection of beautiful knots. Where there are knots, there is swirling grain. The turquoise band is contained by delicate raised borders to create a nice crisp transition of color. The finish is hand-rubbed shellac, brought to a glossy sheen.
