Turquoise Hollow Form In Apple

An organic shaped vessel with a deep wash of turquoise. The wood is apple and its grain features cooperate well with the color, I think. The opening and base (and interior) were left natural for a nice bit of contrast. Finished with several coats of shellac and buffed with oil+beeswax.
