Two Blue Oak

Kind of a riff on true blue, you see. That said, this is a big tree, standing a full 13″ above the table top, and was made from the wood of the once great white oak of the Landis Arboretum, and a very old tree it was. The tones of blue are close but distinct. A pearl iridescent wash coat makes clear the grain lines. Gold and pearl accents round out the adornments. Finish in gloss.
