Walnut Bun

Here is a nice natural form that evokes nothing so much as a nice bun, freshly baked of course. A large oval of cream-colored sapwood covers the top, and the bottom is the classic dark brown we expect of walnut. The finish is several thin coats of urethane on top of a coat of tung oil, brought up to a glossy sheen.
